I completed a diagnostic on a Carrier AC unit. I found the compressor out on a overload. I sprayed it down for 10 minutes and was able to get the overload to reset. The compressor started running and after about 5 seconds, it over heated. I gave the customer options and they will let us know.
I completed a diagnostic on a Trane AC unit. I was advised upon arrival the registers having some kind of mold on them. This blower is a 5 ton with a 3.5 ton AC. I lowered the blower speeds for cooling. At this time, I found nothing else that could be causing this.
I gave an estimate to install a Carrier Multi-Speed X-13 3 Ton Electric Furnace / "Slant" Coil and Carrier 14 SEER 3 Ton Heat Pump. I included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic on a Goodman AC unit. I found the unit had no power and the light switch for the furnace was turned off. I turned the power on and cycled the system. The home has 2 units, and the other working unit was helping this one. I washed the unit. The system is operational at this time.
I performed a diagnostic on a AC unit. I determined Turning system on and both blower and inducer motor kicked on. Board coding open rollout. Found rollout closed but rollout switch itself broken apart. Moved rollout a little and system cycled on. Advised client he needs a flame rollout for sure and possibly a new board.
I went to the customer's home to install a Five Star "Infinity Series" 80% 2 Stage Variable Speed 90,000 BTU Gas Furnace, and a Five Star 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. Upon departure both systems were operating as intended.
I completed a Full Install of a Five Star 80% Gas Furnace (Up to 100,000 BTU) Honeywell T6 Programmable Thermostat/Emerson 1F85U Five Star 13 SEER Air Conditioner (Up to 3 ton); The system is operational upon departure.
I returned to the customer's home to work on a Carrier 14 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump. I found that the unit was overcharged so I removed some refrigerant.
I provided an estimate to install a Five Star 96% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace, and a Five Star 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner.

I went to the customer's home to install a Five Star Variable Speed 3 Ton Electric Furnace / "Slant" Coil, and a Five Star 16 SEER 3 Ton Heat Pump. Both systems were fully operational when I left.
I completed the diagnostic checklist and found the filter clean. I alos found both 30A fuses in the disconnect blown. I replaced the fuses. System is cooling now but advised client the hotter it gets the more amps the compressor is gonna run at which could make it go out on overload. System ran for 20min with no issues.

I returned to the customer's home to set the pressures and add the necessary coolant to a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner.
